These are the beginnings for an art swap project that we are doing in New England Wax. Twenty-one members are making 22 unique pieces that will be collated into a portfolio for each of us. It’s a fabulous way to share work and make a record of our time together as a professional group. These are each 8 x 8 inches, encaustic on watercolor paper. I’ll be adding gold foil transfer “fence” images to complete them. The theme for the project is “Home/Away”. I’ll post the finished pieces as well as the portfolio I receive when they are all put together.
