Marvelous opening reception at Fuller Craft for SHIFTS: Approaching Encaustic from All Angles. This was an exhibition of work by New England Wax members and was juried by Ben Shattuck, lead curator at Dedee Shattuck Gallery in Westport, Massachusetts.

Dietlind Vander Schaaf, our current President at New England Wax, gave a wonderful gallery talk that introduced several of the pieces in the show, how the piece addressed the theme, and how the artist approached the use of encaustic in their work.
